Experiência positiva: Je suis d’accord avec l’avis de Clement G, posté il y a deux ans. Je conseille de préparé votre voyage au pantanal bien en amont, ce qui n’a pas été le cas pour nous. Donc tout ce que je vais dire est aussi la faute à notre manque d’anticipation (les guides du routard and co n’aident pas je trouve à bien réalisé le prix que ça coûte). L’accueil de rizaldo était parfait, mais la prestation ne valait pas 1300 euros comprenant une journée et 2 nuits à Porto Jofre, et un aller retour de cuiaba pour y aller. 1300 euros par personne, on est au dessus de tout, même si toutes les agences semble profiter de ce système. Il est tout à fait possible de voyager de manière autonome comme nous l’ont dit un couple à porto jofre qui avait bien préparé son voyage. Rizaldo nous a fait comprendre que c’était risqué, que des personnes pouvaient nous arrêter si nous étions sans guide. J’ai du mal à le croire. Après ce couple a eu une roue crevée, c’est sur que c’est plus risqué. Pour trouver un guide qui parle bien français, je pense que c’est très compliqué. Lino est très gentil et attentif mais il ne peut pas nous faire vraiment entrer dans la richesse de la faune et de la flore. Son français est beaucoup trop approximatif. Seul Rizaldo (le patron de l’agence) parle francais. Il nous a super bien accueillis en français et nous a donc rassuré, mais il n’était malheureusement pas disponible. Avec rizaldo les 1300 euros peuvent éventuellement se justifier (et encore…) mais sans lui, c’est très exagéré, et à la limite de la malhonnêteté. Désolé pour cette franchise Rizaldo, mais je le pense vraiment, même si je ne peux que vous remerciez pour votre accueil très cordial que vous nous avez réservé.

Experiência fantástica: Excellent 5d4n Pantanal tour by Rizardo. A guide with a kind heart, his activities was well planned. Added to that, the trip went without hiccup and was smooth perfect. Ricardo offers his tours at a reasonable price, providing the same lodging and activty as other tour operator I have searched on(but they charge way higher). I saw other tour operators and realised they were doing the same activity and lodging but was charging way so much than Rizardo. Lastly, rizardo handles conversation really well, is well read, engaging, and none of our time spent with him was out of place. Fantastic experience. Thank you Rizardo!

Experiência fantástica: Our trip with Diego and Rizardo was absolutely phenomenal. The level of care and attention to our needs we received made the trip so special. The lodge they organised for us to stay in was beautiful. From our lodge (and pool) we could see a whole array of animals, from crocodiles to capybaras. We made several private safaris, walking safaris, night safaris and more. Rizardo and Diego’s knowledge of the Pantanal and the animals in it is limitless, there is no question they can’t answer. Our trip was perfectly concluded with a safari where we saw two jaguars 10 meters from our jeep. If you want a personal experience with extremely knowledgeable guides then I would highly advise you to choose Rizardo’s company.

Experiência fantástica: Due to time pressure, we did a 3D2N Wildlife Pantanal Tour with Diego as our guide, but we could have stayed much longer if time allowed. Diego was very nice, and you could feel his passion about the animals and their wellbeing. The tour was also adapted to our early flight departure on the 3rd day, so we didn’t have to worry about missing the flight. All in all an amazing experience!

Experiência fantástica: We booked a five day tour through Pantanal with SilvaTour and were paired with Tom, who did an absolutely amazing job of guiding us, pointing out animals and keeping us entertained throughout. While any tour of the Pantanal will be pricey, it was absolutely worth it as we saw many mamals, birds and kaymans. Aside from the animals we also had a chance to enjoy the serendipity of the savannah of Pantanal during the dry season and witnessed some spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Wholeheartedly recommend booking here, Tom's knowledge as a biologist and his great English definitely helped to make this experience do memorable.

Experiência fantástica: So AMAZING! I had booked this tour with Rizardo back in 2020 - and had to cancel. When I rebooked, his reviews three years later were still just as amazing - and I'm so happy I finally got to go to the Pantanal with Rizardo. Rizardo is an great person to hang out with for a week - his English is perfect. His knowledge of the Pantanal is excellent - and answered all of my questions about the animals and ecosystem. The lodges he picked and the pace of the day was great. We were in great hands with him! Not only did we learn about the Pantanal and get to see so many jaguars, otters, a tapir, several fox, and many many birds, but we enjoyed talking about Brazil, American, Germany life and discussing cultural, political, and financial material. I cannot recommend him enough for a tour. Yes - the Pantanal is expensive - but after researching many companies I found his rates to be reasonable in comparison and am happy with the value.

Menschlich sind sowohl Rizardo, als auch Helio (Guide der ab und an für Rizardo arbeitet und auch uns begleitet hat) sehr nett. :-) Zusammenfassend möchte ich euch unsere Eindrücke mitgeben: Meine Frau und ich wussten nicht genau was uns im Pantanal erwartet und da Lonely Planet von individuellen Reisen abgeraten hat haben wir diverse Touragenturen konsultiert. Rizardos Agentur stach hierbei durch tolle Bewertungen, nicht nur auf Trip Advisor heraus und deswegen haben wir uns für ihn entschieden. Die Preise aller Agenturen die man im voraus bucht sind ähnlich hoch, Rizardo hier eventuell sogar eine Spur billiger. Wir haben 1200€ p.P für 4 Tage / 3 Nächte bezahlt, wobei wir nur 1 Tag am Cuiaba River unterwegs waren um Jaguare zu suchen. Wir wussten natürlich vorab über die für uns empfundenen hohe Preise Bescheid und haben uns dafür entschieden, da alle Agenturen wie oben erwähnt ähnliche Preise verlangten und wir uns dachten man bezahlt und bekommt dafür auch etwas einzigartiges geboten. Ehrlicherweise war das Programm für uns im nachhinein betrachtet nicht den Preis wert: Das Kajakfahren ist Standard, die Nachtsafari ist nur der Rückweg bei Dunkelheit vom Kajakfahren und der Pferdeausritt ist eine 2h Tour auf einem Weg in einer Lodge ohne Ausblick. Wir haben viele Reisende auf dem Weg getroffen, die ihre Tour alleine durchgeführt haben. Die Straßen in der Trockenzeit bis nach Porto Jofre sind sehr gut befahrbar, auch mit normalen kleinen Autos ohne Allrad. Man braucht von Cuiaba ohne Stopp ca. 4-5h, selbstverständlich länger wenn man immer wieder hält. Ein Mietauto kostet ab dem Flughafen max. 20€/Tag inkl. Versicherung und für die Lodges zahlt man max. 250€/N (Doppelzimmer). Die gleichen Touren kann man auch direkt von der Lodge aus vereinbaren und zahlt ca. 20-30€/P für bspl. eine Maultiertour, Kajaktour oder einen geführten Waldspaziergang. Die einzigen Touren die teurer wären sind die Jaguarbootstouren in Porte Jofre, die man vor Ort ca. für 70€/Tag pro Person buchen kann. Laut Auskunft von Rizardo dürfen keine individuellen Ausflüge ins Pantanal unternommen werden, man MUSS einen zertifizierten Guide als Führer haben. Keiner unserer Recherchen hat dies aber ergeben und wir haben viele individuelle Reisende getroffen, die keine Probleme hatten. Sollte diese Auskunft dennoch stimmen relativiert das unseren Beitrag natürlich, da wir dann natürlich von einer individuellen Reise abraten würden, da diese illegal wäre. Unterm Strich gerechnet kommt man als individuell reisendes Pärchen ca. auf 1200€ für eine 3 Nächte / 4 Tagetour im Vergleich zu 2400€ mit Rizardo. Dies muss erwähnt werden. Zusammenfassend sei dennoch erwähnt dass Rizardo als auch Helio stets nett waren, wir empfinden hauptsächlich den Preis und dann die doch recht langweiligen Touren bis auf die Jaguarbootstour als Grund für unsere 3 Sterne. Wir wünschen Rizardo und seiner Agentur alles Gute für die Zukunft. Helio würden wir ehrlicherweise nicht für internationale Kunden empfehlen, da die Kommunikation sehr schwierig ist. Wir würden wieder ins Pantanal fahren, es uns beim nächsten Mal wohl doch selbst organisieren, falls sich herausstellt dass das wie anzunehmen erlaubt ist.

Experiência fantástica: My girlfriend and me had a great experience in Pantanal! We contacted Rizardo over WhatsApp (his cell phone number is in his website) and asked him for a Pantanal Jaguar tour of 4 days to start the next day. It was great that he speaks Spanish, English and German (and of course Portuguese) so it was easy to communicate with him. He organized everything within a few hours! He drove us the next day from our hotel in Cuiabá to Porto Jofre in his 4x4 and explained us on the way all the birds and mammals that we saw. We slept the 4 nights in the Pousada Berço Pantaneiro. There, we had our own room with a low noise air conditioner, with our own bathroom and warm shower. Everything was clean. The food was excellent and typically Brazilian. In the Pousada, the beverages were also included during the whole day, there was also bottled water for European stomachs. Rizardo introduced us there to other guides and photographers who could speak English or Spanish and to the owners, so that we could ask them questions. We had Wi-Fi in our room and in the common rooms, it was a little slow but enough for sending some messages and pics (this is understandable considering the remote location). The boats with which we did the Safari were big, fast and with a foldable waterproof sunroof (not all the boats of other agencies in Pantanal have a sunroof, and by 40 degrees Celsius that is a must, also with the rain showers). In the boat, there were cold beverages for us, also included. The meal was brought to us by another boat, it was even still warm. The boat driver was very professional and friendly. We were 10 hours every day on the boat. Rizardo organized for us a private Safari, so there were no further tourists in our boat. This was very convenient since we could tell the boat driver to drive us to the toilet or to the next jaguar or for getting some driving wind when it was too hot for us. We saw 8 different jaguars, giant otters, lots of caimans, capibaras and many different beautiful birds. I can strongly recommend Silva Pantanal Tours!
